The end is near for the 2010 FiFA World Cup in South Africa but for the people of Jericho it's the  beginning of new and clean energy in the form of Solar, Greenpeace powered 6 World Cup games using a solar system for the people of this rural village and  Yesterday we watched the Netherlands defeat Uruguay with 150 people at the Solar powered P.V.A and Today we wait in anticipation to see who will join them in the Final this Sunday as Germany take on Spain.

The people of Jericho have risen to the Solar ocassion and want to be counted as people who experienced the world cup with a solar difference, So whoever or whiever side you on today make sure it's done with the earth and it's sustainability in mind.
