Evangelina Carrozzo, the Carnival Queen of Argentina, showed up today at the EU - Latin American Countries Summit in Vienna, wearing a rather provocative outfit, to implore Presidents Vazquez (Uruguay) and Kirchner (Argentina) to find a solution to the pulp mills conflict that has led both countries to the International Court of Justice of The Hague.
