Almost 80% of the world's fish stocks are in trouble – over-fished or still trying to recover from exploitation. The Pacific governments are at a crossroads. Take positive action to ensure sustainable and equitable fisheries, a healthy marine environment and stable and prosperous
island communities or allow other nations to fish out the waters and collapse the tuna stocks.
