Stop Statoil

Send your own message now: Statoil Go Home

Greenpeace activists blocked Statoil's corporate HQ in Wellington and delivered a message that the Statoil execs cannot ignore. Our activists added extra locks to the front door, boarded it up with wooden planks and added a sign reading ‘Go Home Statoil’. The sign, featuring Maori motifs, was designed by members of Northland iwi who are on the front line of opposition to deep sea oil drilling. We also delivered a printout of the email and names of the 18,600 people who sent it to Statoil and never got a reply!
