are reliant on the support of individuals for all the funds to carry
out our environmental campaigns. As a result we have a passionate
and inspiring Fundraising Team with a number of strategies to ensure
we promote the Greenpeace campaign goals and objectives and maintain
a diverse and secure funding base
Due
to a restructure of our Fundraising Department, Greenpeace Australia
Pacific are seeking an experienced high-value donor fundraiser
committed to the environment to ensure the continued success of our
fundraising strategies.
The
successful applicant will be drawing on their successful track record
in a wide range of marketing techniques specifically with high value
donor programs, managing both expenditure and income
budgets of $1m+ and proven
team leadership, management and development skills. The main
responsibilities include developing and overseeing the implementation
of high value strategies targeting Major Donors, Key Supporters and
Bequest as well as upgrade and re-activation strategies
targeting regular givers and one-off supporters. You will also
oversee the effective
implementation of a donor moves management process ensuring
prospective high value donors are nurtured and encouraged to support
Greenpeace with gifts that increase in value over time.
