Report - 20 December, 2005
Greenpeace Australia Pacific is a signatory and founding member of the International Non Governmental Organisation Accountability Charter.
The Charter is an initiative of international NGOs to demonstrate a commitment to accountability and transparency.
In order to join the Charter, signatories must be independent, non-profit organisations that work globally to advance human rights, sustainable development, environmental protection, humanitarian response or other public goods.
Greenpeace Australia Pacific Limited meets its reporting requirements to the Charter through a global reporting to Greenpeace International, which in turn submits an annual accountability report on behalf of the global organisation.
