Water Patrol activists label the company Noah Paper mills Inc as a possible source of toxic pollution in Marikina river holding a banner which reads "Toxics in our Water? We have the right to know". They have paddled on twelve boats along the Marikina river to investigate and document possible water pollution. Greenpeace is calling on the government to require factories to disclose the chemical waste water that they discharge into the rivers, as part of a campaign to protect the country's freshwater sources.09/13/2012
