Action at Brussels Motor Show

Greenpeace climbers hang with banner from the ceiling above the visiting crowds at the 90th European Motor Show in Brussels. While activists below dressed below dressed as polar bears hold placards bearing the message: "Stop Volkswagen Destroying The Arctic." Volkswagen is lobbying against low carbon laws that would curb climate change. The action is the latest in a Greenpeace campaign targeting Volkswagen, one of the worldís biggest car companies as the industry giant is attempting to undermine a planned new EU law that would make cars more efficient.01/12/2012
