Tuna Plunder Action in the Pacific Ocean

Greenpeace activists paint "Tuna Plunder - Fueling Plunder" on the hull of the Panama- flagged MV Fong Seong 888 after it refueled the US-flagged American Legacy fishing vessel. Greenpeace is protesting against overfishing in the pockets of the Pacific international waters that are home to vulnerable tuna stocks. Pacific Island nations are calling for these areas to be closed from all fishing activities to protect the declining tuna stocks. 09/17/2009
