All of the 26 foreign members of the 'Arctic 30' have now left Russia and returned to their home countries. The Arctic 30 (28 of the Arctic Sunrise crew and 2 freelance journalists) were detained on September 19th by Russian Security forces following a peaceful protest against the Russian oil company Gazproms' plan to start the world's first offshore oil production in the Arctic.
The first 'Arctic 30' activist to leave Russia, Dima Litvinov is mobbed by friends, family and supporters as he arrives in Stockholm, Sweden.
