Oceans

We live on Planet Ocean.

Water covers three-quarters of the globe and a staggering 80% of all life on Earth is found hidden beneath its waves. As the sea rolls across the planet it provides over half the oxygen we breathe, sustains billions of people with its resources and drives weather systems and natural flows of energy, which maintain life on Earth.

We need a healthy global ocean to survive. Yet our oceans are in crisis.
