Our vision is for an agriculture that protects the diversity of life on earth.

Our vision sees food grown locally by people, for people. Access to safe, nutritious and affordable food is guaranteed and farmers are recognised as custodians of biodiversity.

To achieve our vision, Greenpeace campaigns to close the market for GE food in Australia, stop any further environmental release of GE crops, and help catalyse change towards a more ecologically regenerative agriculture.

Australian consumers have overwhelmingly rejected GE foods. We are working to ensure that the majority of the Australia food industry has removed GE from their food chain and that agricultural industries are GE free too.

We are also lobbying the dairy, pork, poultry and beef industries to ensure that animals are not fed GE feed.
