The controversial go-ahead for a second reactor in Sydney has sparked outrage in Argentina, too. A deal between the Australian and Argentine governments allows Argentinian company INVAP to build the reactor, while Australian nuclear waste is exported to Argentina. But there's a catch. The Argentinian constitution prohibits the importation of nuclear waste.
