We plan to combine our office and warehouse space and are looking for a green building with a long-term lease.

What we need
Size: 900 - 1200 m2 of green office space and approx 1000 m2 of warehouse space
Location: Sydney CBD or CBD fringe (close to transport hub)
Duration: long term lease (10 +5)
When: Lease commencing October 2008 (negotiable)
Environmental Performance
We would like to find a truly green and sustainable building that strongly reflects our commitment to the environment. We would love a site that includes all the features of a green building such as:
- low CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions
- natural light
- natural or hybrid ventilation
- efficient energy use
- a healthy indoor air quality
- sustainable materials
- a small ecological footprint
- efficient use of water and treatment of waste
- high recycling potential adaptability and low impact on surroundings.
It is also important to us to demonstrate that green can be achieved on a
modest budget such as ours.
