The forests of Papua New Guinea are wealth, heritage, food,
medicine and home to more than five million people.
Customary landowners have legal rights. Communities can
map and mark the boundaries of their land, set up
community solutions, such as ecoforestry, and manage the
forests, protecting them for future generations.
