How Australia’s food regulator is failing us on genetically engineered food

Eating in the Dark paints a picture of a regulator – Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) – gambling with the health of consumers in order to please agrochemical corporations and Australia’s trading partners.

It asks that Australia adopt more stringent labelling laws so Australian consumers can effectively exercise their right to choose.
