Deep sea creatures

Sea cucumbers are one group of animals called Holothurians. This probably has the most numerous deep-sea animals of any group. Therefore Holothurians are one of the dominant forms of life on Earth. Generally these bottom-dwelling animals feed on particles of decomposed organic matter found on or in deep-sea sediments.
