Greenpeace calls for whaling to be put on trial.

In 2009, two Greenpeace activists will be put on trial in a court case never before seen in Japan. Junichi Sato and Toru Suzuki stand accused of stealing a box of whale meat. Underlying all of this is the real issue -- the future of Japanese whaling in Antarctic waters.

This short documentary details how Junichi and Toru exposed the sale of whale meat on the blackmarket, despite claims by the Japanese Government that it conducts whaling for "scientific purposes".
