Dugong under threat.

A proposed US military base expansion threatens the last 12 dugongs living off the coast of Japan’s Okinawa Island.

If the base is built it will devastate coral reefs and the dugong’s sea grass habitat plus the local people’s livelihood.

Sign the petition asking the Japanese government to prevent this by establishing a marine reserve in the area.
