Complaint to the Environment Commissioner regarding the Nuclear Liability Act

Greenpeace filed a complaint with the federal Environment Commissioner for the federal government's failure to update the Nuclear Liability Act, which protects nuclear operators from the costs of a nuclear accident, and adequetly protect Canadians from a terrorist attacks at nuclear stations.
