Here are some of the different kinds of wordings that donors use:
“I give to Greenpeace Canada, currently of 33 Cecil Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1N1
, the sum of $ to be used in such a manner the board of directors of Greenpeace Canada shall, in its sole discretion, determine.”

For a percentage of the estate:
“I give to Greenpeace Canada, currently of 33 Cecil Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1N1
, _% of my estate to be used in such a manner as the board of directors of Greenpeace Canada shall, in its sole discretion, determine.”

For the residue of the Estate:
“I give to Greenpeace Canada, currently of 33 Cecil Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1N1
, the rest and residue of my estate to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of Greenpeace Canada shall, in its sole discretion, determine.”
