RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support and facilitate
all aspects of office administration;
- Assist to maintain & improve office premises, equipment & facilities;
- To keep inventory, to replenish and
distribution of household products, refreshment and stationary;
- To carry out building management administrative
and facility management issues;
- Responsible for reception duties, e.g. greeting visitors, answering
telephone, internal and external information requests;
- Distributing incoming fax, mail, parcel , arrange outgoing mail, correspondence and materials by post or fax or courier
- Travel and accommodation arrangements and visa application for visitors and travellers
- Perform general Human Resources functions and
provide support in various HR projects;
- To assist in implementing the ad hoc projects or duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher diploma or
above, professional qualification in human resources or business administration
discipline is preferred;

1 year work experience
in receptionist, HR and office administration functions, preferably in NGO;
- Proficiency in
Cantonese, Mandarin and English;

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills

IT proficiency
