Supporter Services Manager

With about 20,000 Hong Kong supporters, our fundraising team is inviting a high calibre and energetic individual to join us.

Our vision as a fundraising team is to deliver to our supporters’ experiences of Greenpeace and our campaigns that truly engage them. We look to develop a sense of belonging and community, so each Greenpeace supporter feels like a member of our team, and that their individual support counts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement  an engaging and effective supporter relationship development strategy
• Lead the intergration of Supporter Relationship work and campaigns
• Manage and develop strategies of supporter programs to ensure the performance and cost effectiveness;
• Manage the supporter retention team and prepare annual strategic plans for the team
• Maintain accurate reporting and analysis functions and contrl the expenditure in supporter relationship programs;
• Ensure internal policy and procedures are observed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder;

• Minimum 3 years NGO work experience specializing in  fundraising, customer royalty management, or marketing /PR;

• Copyrighting/ fundraising appeal writing experience an asset

• Strong background in setting financial budgets  

• Good demand of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent mandarin is definitely an advantage;

• Strong communication and organizational skills;

• Independent, self-starter, able to work under pressure.
