Q1. How do I change my personal data? (Address, telephone contact no., email address, account information, donation method etc.)
Please click here to download the form, and fax it to 27452426 or email to donorservices@hk.greenpeace.org upon completion. You can also call our member service hotline on 2854 8318 so that our staff can change the information for you. Please note that if you change your payment method to autopay, you need to prepare the autopay direct debit authorisation for bank administration.
Q2. Is a donation receipt available?
We send donation receipts to all our members every April for tax deduction purposes. If it is a one-off donation, we will send the receipt to your contact address one month after the donation has been received. If you haven’t received it within the period, please call the member service hotline at 2854 8318, or email to donorservices@hk.greenpeace.org to request the receipt.
Q3. Why haven’t I received my membership card and reusable shopping bag yet?
We send new monthly donors a Welcome Pack, including membership card and reusable shopping bag within the month following the commencement of the monthly donation. Sometimes the package may be too large for your mailbox in which case you will receive a notice to collect the parcel from your post office.
Q4. I have lost my membership card, what should I do?
If you lose your membership card, please call the member service hotline on 2854 8318, or email to donorservices@hk.greenpeace.org to reissue the card, which are usually sent to you within a month..
