Homeless orangutans protest a Beijing KFC store

Photo | 2012-05-28

Last week Greenpeace activists hit up a Beijing KFC store, taking with them two homeless orang-utans and a dying Sumatran tiger who held up a banner reading "My forest home is NOT your disposable food packaging!" The Colonel's been keeping his chicken fresh with packaging made from rainforests. Despite the impact on Sumatran tigers KFC have been using rainforest packaging made by Asia Pulp and Paper, a company also exposed for using illegal timber. We need thousands of people to join the revolt to change the Colonel’s secret recipe for destruction.
