Su Yunxia mourns for her recently departed husband and father of their baby boy. The father Zhang Qiaoliang, 25 years old, died of throat cancer just before the birth of his child. The cluster of paper and chemical factories about 15km upstream is discharging polluted waste water into the stream used by the village in Henan where Su Yunxia and her baby live. To protect the health of the local population and the environment Greenpeace called for zero discharge of hazardous chemicals.
