As part of the protest, activists placed solar panels at the entrance of Haroon Yusuf’s residence and chained themselves to it. The activists demanded to meet Haroon Yusuf and present the Greenpeace report “Powering Ahead on Renewables: Leaders and Laggards”. The report highlights Delhi as a straggler in using renewable energy in its electricity supply.
