15th December, 2013 in Dharamjaigarh, Chhattisgarh : An elephant is electrocuted in the village Ongna after it came into contact with a live wire in a farming field here at night in Dharamjaigarh, Chhattisgarh. It is the 23rd death at Dharamjaigarh area since last 6years. A herd of elephants have been roaming in the area for the last few days. They have damaged the crop of farmers’ field in this area.
