Work for Greenpeace International
Changing the way Greenpeace works in order to build a more global, innovative, and impactful organisation.
The global environmental issues that we face are immediate and the repercussions enormous. As the world is changing rapidly, Greenpeace also needs to change to become better, faster, more innovative and ultimately more effective.
Greenpeace is adopting a new way of working. We want to see even more power put in the hands of our national offices and activists, to lead more dynamic and innovative campaigns in the places where we need the biggest results. Our campaigns will be created and delivered where they are needed most and by taking and making decisions at the point of impact we will become more dynamic and responsive.
This also means a more streamlined and strategic role for Greenpeace International - an enabling role, supporting our national and regional offices to deliver the world changing campaigns and ensuring that we continue to evolve as a learning and risk-taking organisation.
One of Greenpeace's greatest strengths is our people and we are investing substantially in recruiting, training and retaining our staff. We are also increasing our investment in working with our supporters and volunteers: campaigning with them to win bigger victories.
Together, these changes will create greater collaboration, innovation, and leadership needed to create a more green, peaceful and equitable world.
