Elgo Estate Winery in the Strathbogie Ranges in the North eastern corner of Victoria uses a single wind turbine to produce the electricity for their entire wine making process.

While it might seem less evident for wind than solar, local production of power with wind turbines is also possible. Here, a winery in Australia is powered by a single wind turbine - in fact, it produces 200% of their needs.
