Greenpeace activists float a 50 feet 'lifebelt' bearing message 'S.O.S CLIMA' (S.O.S Climate) off Copacabana Beach, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil . Rio de Janeiro is one of the Brazilian cities more vulnerable to the rising of the ocean level, which Greenpeace believes is consequence of Climate change. The action by Greenpeace Brazil sends a direct message to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change which assembles in Brussels and who will later deliver their latest assessment on the potential impacts of climate change.
