Illegal FAD in Palau

Fish aggregating next to an illegal fish aggregation device (FAD) in the waters of Palau's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). Palau's law enforcement officers are conducting a joint patrol with Greenpeace in search of illegal fishing, and have sunk 3 FADs in Palau's EEZ, where FADs are tightly regulated.
