Residents of Tullahan river and the nearby district in Marikina battle strong currents from floodwaters as they evacuate their houses following torrential rains. Though no storm warnings were issued unusual rainfall, even surpassing that of Typhoon Ketsana in 2009, left more than 800,000 of people stranded, homeless, and without power.
