Suspension Of Clipper Hope Blockade

After the ten day blockade of the Clipper Hope, preventing her from loading pig iron in São Luis do Maranhão. Greenpeace suspended the action. Upon confirmation that the public hearing with representatives of the government and the pig iron industry had begun in Brasilia, the director of the Amazon campaign, Paulo Adario, gave the order to the activists to come down and remove the anchor blockade. The organization is now waiting for positive results from the meeting.
