1995 Manuel Pinto and the ship that sailed herself

In 1995 President Chirac became the new president of France and directly overthrew the moratorium on nuclear testing in the Pacific. Greenpeace went straight into action to protest. Manuel Pinto was onboard at the time and what happened next had the French special forces puzzled.
