Well done to Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who has decided to spend $330 per Australian making climate change worse. Thanks Kevin!

How did you power your beamed messages? If it was off the power grid I think it gave you a great photo opportunity at the planet's expense... if it was from a battery pack... same answer, only worse because of the impact, carbon or otherwise to manufacture the battery pack in the first place and then no-doubt charged off the grid! I haven't even got to the camera yet! Propaganda is just that... propaganda. It creates a climate (sorry about the pun) of mistrust between the two sides of the planet debate(s)... unfortunately the politicians do have a tendency to let the noisy minority dictate policy, so maybe your carbon footprint with this stunt (in your eyes) was worth it! Not in mine however as I am of the belief that there is no human created global warming, but we are a wasteful & destructive society that needs to shape up and you just added to that waste!

Hi Jim, You might want to take a look over here. http://www.grist.org/article/series/skeptics/ From what you write I'd assume your views on climate change will be covered under part 3 b. "It's part of natural change" but even if that's not the case they should be able to set you straight.

"I am of the belief that there is no human created global warming, but we are a wasteful & destructive society that needs to shape up and you just added to that waste!" Jim, Jim, Jim - is the computer you wrote this on made out of organic compost? No. Lets's face it - the electricity you are using to leave these inane messages is the real waste. A waste of time and a waste of energy, yours and everyone elses. You stupid, stupid prune.
