SolarChill fridge wins environmental award

SolarChill is a new climate-friendly refrigeration technology using solar power, enabling delivery of vaccines and food to regions of the world without electricity. Developed by us along with six other organisations it has won the Environmental Pioneer in Refrigeration award in the 2006 Cooling Industry Awards.

Coke phasing out climate-killing machines in Japan

Coke is replacing nearly a million vending machines in Japan with units that won't use climate-damaging chemicals for refrigeration. If Coke can do it in Japan, there's no excuse for any company in any country to be chilling their beverage at the cost of warming the globe.
