2007 Backgrounder on the Biosafety Liability and Redress Discussions

This document sets out some central strategic issues and provides some background on the liability negotiations, in the lead-up to the Fourth Meeting in October. It is intended to supplement the 'Essential elements of a Biosafety Liability Regime' that Greenpeace distributed in May 2005 and February 2006.
