Analysis of the Report in the ‘EC-Biotech’ Case:
A step backwards for international environmental law, but not the end of GE restrictions
On February 7, 2006, a Dispute Settlement Panel at the World Trade Organization (WTO) issued its interim report in the European Communities - Measures affecting the Approval and Marketing of Biotech Products case.
