Fujitsu Siemens (FSC) rise to the 7th place, as a result of improving its definition of the precautionary principle and coverage of its takeback and recycling programme. Although FSC sells PCs which do not use BFRs, it has not yet set timelines for the phase out of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and all brominated flame retardants (BFRs) in all of its products.
