The final meeting of the IPCC for 2007 as part of its Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) will be in Valencia, Spain, November 12-17. This briefing summarises the outcome of the first three meetings of the AR4 and outlines the importance of the final, Synthesis Report, to be agreed in Valencia.
