Open Letter to en route countries

The open letter addressed to governments of (potential) en-route states of the largest ever plutonium MOX shipment from France to Japan (scheduled to leave 6 March 2009).

The letter warns the countries about the dangers of this transport and nuclear energy in general, and pressures them to demand an immediate stop to all shipments of plutonium (MOX) fuel. Also, Greenpeace urges the countries to oppose the inclusion of nuclear power in the post-2012 climate framework.
