12th -16th October: french skillshare in Valence
It was then the occasion for lots of newcomers to be introduced into the Solar Generation network , and for the oldest to revitalize their projects.
During 3 days, 36 students from all over the country had to work on their projects, by redefining their objectives. They were helped by all the Solar Generation staff members, but also by external contributors. Karine, our climate campaigner, organised a workshop on campaign strategy and made an update on the climate issue. The students also had to learn and work on how to handle a students association, how to work with a school administration, how to work with the media, how to install solar panels or organize an energetic audit within their school….
The skillshare was a major event for Solar Generation France as it gave the students the possibility to gather, to exchange on their different projects, to talk about their different experiences and know-how and to be all together during three days.
