Finance Director’s Note:

Set out below the Audited Financial Statements for Greenpeace Mediterranean Foundation. It includes the Foundation itself, its Branch Offices and Affiliates in the East Mediterranean Region.

Since transparency is one of Greenpeace core values, we hereby share our financial statements with all our supporters, donors, stakeholders and any third parties interested.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards set by E.U. (see Auditor’s note).

I, once more, have to note that, all income reported under the fund-raising income heading consisted of regular or once off donations from our individual supporters. Again, as per one of the most important core values of our Organization, we do not accept donations from corporate businesses, governments and governmental organizations. This enables us to be independent and raise our voice when and wherever our ultimate aim requires us to do so. On the other hand, we keep setting and implementing the best possible fiscal and operational standards to assure that these limited funds you donated, spent as efficient as possible to reach our ultimate campaigning aims.

We are only depended on our supporters ever-growing donations in our efforts to change our region and our world into a better place to live in Peace, not only for us, but for the generations to come.
