¿Natural disaster or climate change product?

Tourism is a pillar of the economy at risk. Although this activity is highly related to environment and climate change, public policies around it are outdated. Because of the latter, the aim of this document is to present arguments for why it is imperative a new General Law of Tourism that includes adaptation and mitigation measures, in a long-term vision in order to minimize the impact of climate change in this sector.
