New Zealanders well remember the tragic bombing in Auckland harbour of the Rainbow Warrior by the French secret service on 10 July 1985.
The new Rainbow Warrior set sail four years after the bombing and since then has sailed the world working for the protection of our environment.
The single biggest threat facing our planet is climate change. The Rainbow Warrior is visiting New Zealand to further Greenpeace’s international work to prevent dangerous levels of climate change, by highlighting the issues and promoting solutions.
There will be FREE public open days with tours onboard the Rainbow Warrior during March and April. Get on board and be part of the solution.
