Your new job:

You design, develop and run different Greenpeace Romania campaigns, to successfully reach targets, through different lobby tactics, in line with global, European, regional and national strategies, to inspire and to grow public awareness and level of understanding towards Greenpeace campaigns. You establish and maintain the relationships with other organizations, the media and other bodies (if the case) and publicly represent the campaign and Greenpeace Romania. You participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of campaigns, together with the local and regional team. You contribute to the developing and planning of communication and fundraising strategies, according to overall objectives of the campaigns.

You supervise external consultants, volunteers, interns or other Greenpeace employees from other departments, as requested, depending on needs of the project/ campaign; you develop, spend and monitor budgets.

Your profile:

You are a professional and deliverhigh class products in all areas of your work, you reach personal and team SMART targets, you have interpersonal skills and knowledge sharing toward team and other persons taking part in the campaign. You value diversity and are innovative, especially taking into consideration the core Greenpeace values.

You have a good command of the English language (reading, speaking and writing), you have good project management skills and you understand the roles that science, politics, economy, industry, media and social changes can bring to a campaign.

You are experienced with lobby, investigations, negotiations, communication and public speaking and you are well-versed in topics related to energy.  You have knowledge on Romanian energy market and legislation, plus knowledge on coal mining industry.

You are well organized know how to prioritize and work independently as well as in a national and regional team - either in Romanian or English language. You are flexible, independent, proactive and willing to travel.

Nice to have:

-       Experience in regional sustainable development strategy;

-       Community building experience;

-       Experience in dealing with authorities;

-       Facilitation skills.
