Executive summary: At present the Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency (Rosatom) is implementing the project on construction of floating nuclear power plants (FNPPs) in order to sell them to Southeast Asian countries (SEA countries).This note provides information that enables to evaluate the risk of terrorist attack on FNPPs.
