THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK is at a historical crossroads: the bank can either fight climate change, or it can fund it. Or, the ADB can continue to fund huge increases in coal consumption and thereby negate its avowed mission of promoting sustainable
development and poverty alleviation.
