Children were enjoying answering quizzes. Greenpeace's Solar Generation joined Jitasa in 2009 Children's Day activity at the Thai Government House to raise awareness and provide knowledge on taking action to protect the environment to children and youth.

Greenpeace's Solar Generation and Jitasa joined 2009 Children's Day activity at the Thai Government House. They provided knowledge about global warming's impacts and simple ways to stop it and demonstrated solar cell equipment which can be used with small electrical appliances.
Moreover, there were quiz game and writing of affirmation to stop global warming on hand-made badges. This activity was to give knowledge and raise awareness on taking action to protect the environment to children and youth. The theme was "Pure Thoughts" to coincide with this year's Children's Day motto which is "Think smart, think pure thoughts, inspire dreams and promote unity".
